تصدرت دبي المدن المستقبلية عالمياً، بحسب قائمة «الــ 15 مدينة الأكثر استشرافاً للمستقبل» التي نشرتها أمس مجلة «لاكساتيك» الأمريكية المتخصصة في أنماط الحياة الفاخرة.
واعتمدت المجلة في اختيار المدن على معايير موضوعية عدة، منها تبنيها التقنيات فائقة الحداثة والمفاهيم والتطبيقات التقنية الجديدة؛ مثل الذكاء الاصطناعي والتصاميم العمرانية المبتكرة وتقدم شبكات الاتصالات والتقدم الذي أحرزته كل مدينة على صعيد حماية البيئة، وغيرها.
وذكرت «لاكساتيك» أن دبي تتصدر القائمة، ليس فقط لأن أفقها يزخر بعدد هائل من ناطحات السحب، بل أيضاً لاحتوائها على عدد كبير من الجزر الاصطناعية الساحرة.
وكانت باقي المدن على القائمة هي: هونغ كونغ، سنغافورة، طوكيو، شنغهاي، مدينة «مصدر» أبوظبي، سان فرانسيسكو، هلسنكي، برازيليا، سيؤول، أمستردام، بنغالور، تالين، تورنتو، وموسكو، حيث نالت المراكز من الثاني إلى الــ 14، على التوالي.
وهذه هي المرة الثانية في غضون عام كامل التي تحصد فيها دبي مركز الصدارة عالمياً على قائمة المدن المستقبلية، حيث سبق وأن نالت في مارس العام الماضي صدارة المدن المستقبلية على مستوى العالم، بحسب قائمة أصدرها موقع «ويلثي جوريلا» الشبكي الأمريكي للتصنيفات المتنوعة.
