أكدت سمو الشيخة لطيفة بنت محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، رئيسة هيئة الثقافة والفنون في دبي، عضو مجلس دبي، أن الذكرى الخامسة عشرة لتولي سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم ولاية العهد في إمارة دبي، وتعيين سمو الشيخ مكتوم بن محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائباً لحاكم دبي، هي ذكرى متفردة لقيادة مُلهمة نشأت في مدرسة القائد الاستثنائي صاحب السمو الشيخ محمد بن راشد آل مكتوم، نائب رئيس الدولة رئيس مجلس الوزراء حاكم دبي، رعاه الله، مشيرة إلى أن نبع سموه لا ينضب، وأن من يتخرّج في مدرسة سموه سيكون قادراً على مواجهة كل التحديات، بما يمتلكه من قيم ومبادئ وحكمة.
وقالت سموها: «سمو الشيخ حمدان بن محمد، وسمو الشيخ مكتوم بن محمد فخر للوطن، وقدوة لأبنائه، ومثال يحتذى به في الإدارة والقيادة والتخطيط، وقد نجح سموهما في تكريس منظومة حكومية قائمة على نهج الريادة والإبداع والابتكار، وأسهما في تحقيق أهداف دبي وترسيخ مكانتها مركزاً عالمياً على مختلف الأصعدة، فوصلت إلى مراكز متقدمة في سباق الريادة والتنافسية العالمية في مختلف المجالات، وأصبحت أيقونة فريدة في سرعة النمو والإنجاز واستشراف المستقبل وصناعته».
وأضافت سموها: «تعلمنا من سموهما أهمية العمل بروح الفريق الواحد، ووضع الأهداف الطموحة ومتابعة تنفيذها، والسعي الدائم للتطوير، والاستفادة من التجارب والخبرات العالمية، ونفخر بما حققاه من إنجازات استثنائية في مسيرة دبي، رسّخا من خلالها حضور الكفاءات الوطنية الشابة، وأثبتا قدرتها على صناعة المستقبل وإرساء دعائمه، ودورها في تحريك عجلة التنمية ودفعها للتقدم، وتحقيق الصدارة في مختلف الميادين».
