Mansour bin Mohammed opens 7th Dubai Helishow

HH Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum opened on Tuesday the 7th Dubai Helishow, the biennial international civil and military helicopter technology exhibition, at the Royal Pavilion, Dubai South, Al Maktoum International Airport.

Accompanied by Khalifa Al Zaffin, the Executive Chairman of Dubai Aviation City Corporation, Sheikh Mansour took a tour of the exhibition where he learned about the latest industry technological innovations, products and services. He also viewed a group of helicopters on display at the outdoor static area.

Dubai Helishow represents a unique opportunity for the international helicopter community to showcase their products, services and technologies covering the commercial, civil defense and military helicopter sectors with an emphasis on the regional market.

The three-day event features two major conferences, the 'Helicopter Technology and Operations Conference' and the 'Military and Homeland Security Conference'.

Host experts from homeland security, police, customs, border guards, airports and ports, industrial security, armed forces across the land, air and sea from the Middle East and beyond to discuss their strategies and upcoming requirements for effectively improve their homeland security capabilities.
