Policy Introduction

In line with Dubai Media's commitment to sustaining its essential functions during Emergencies, and crises, the organization will implement, enhance, and uphold the Business Continuity System following the National Standard 7000:2021 NCEMA, issued by the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority, and ISO 22301:2019. This approach ensures the continuous availability of services, smooth execution of operations, and fulfillment of the needs and expectations of relevant stakeholders and partners, without delays or adverse effects from emergencies, crises, or disasters.

 

Business Continuity Management Policy:

To establish a Business Continuity Management System, our Policy focused on adhering to the following:

  1. Ensuring the commitment of all Business units and departments to develop and test Business Continuity Strategies and Plans while considering the changes in processes and services.
  2. Implementing and Applying the Business Continuity strategy and Plans, while considering the anticipated changes in Business processes and services.
  3. Ensuring the continuous monitoring and review of policies, procedures, maturity levels and the regular testing of emergency and crisis scenarios, while complying with requirements and standards, in the face of any potential Business interruptions.
  4. Providing the training needs and raising awareness of the tools and requirements for implementing the Business Continuity Management System to all stakeholders to enhance their capabilities, ensuring stability in organizational performance.
  5. Supporting government entities and key partners in preparing for, responding to, and recovering from emergencies through Strategies and Plans.
